Nautor Swan 411 Sparkman and Stephens

"Avista" over the last 7 seasons has been extensively overhauled. Close to £120k has been spent on her. Antifouling is rubbed back to hull on an annual basis. The interior is very clean and tidy with varnish work in moderate condition. The focsle was re varnished in 2005. 3M insulation fitted above waterline 2005. Water and Fuel tanks insulated 2005. "AVISTA" is an outstanding classic S&S Swan, probably the best Swans produced todate, and certainly the best restored 411 in the world. She is a very safe, capable and comfortable ocean cruising yacht. "AVISTA" attracts attention and comments from discerning yachtsman where ever she goes. The owner is selling her as they wish to purchase a larger S&S Swan.
